The International Human Trafficking Institute (IHTI) has developed a new billboard campaign targeted at sex trafficking buyers. The campaign, titled ‘The Truth in Trafficking’, displays disheveled and tattered dolls to represent the way these men view the victims — as less than human. The messages accompanying these images center around one main theme: those who purchase sex cannot hide, and will be held accountable.
