Going to Bonaroo? Here’s what YOU NEED TO KNOW!

6 Red Flags of Trafficking!

Bonaroo, one of the biggest music festival events in the country is happening this weekend!

There’s quite a lineup of amazing music, food and fun. For those heading out to Manchester, this is a time to celebrate life and freedom!

However, Bonnaroo (like many large events) is also a high-risk event for human trafficking. Many traffickers use these crowded places as a place to sell sex.

But this weekend we are fighting back! Over 1000 volunteers are flooding the grounds and are on the lookout for the markers that indicate someone is a being trafficked.

So how can you help?

Learn our 6 red flags of human trafficking, so that you can be trained and equipped to help!

Important NOTE: One marker does not mean it is necessarily human trafficking. Look for 3 or more of these markers as an indicator. Also, if you recognize these markers, please do not intervene, but REPORT IT!

  • Contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline 1(888)373-7888 or Text “HELP” to 23373!
  • For someone in immediate danger, notify the Bonaroo Safety Staff or call 911.
